To get my refund is a problem and I am disappointed that such a big company is being dishonest. Please be honest and refund my deduction . My service was cancelled and you are still taking out tje payments.

Adobe customer service - deceased estate

Adobe solved my problem immediately, once I found a way to contact them.
I was trying to wind - up a deceased estate and I did not access to the account online. I made contact with Adobe through this platform and they cancelled the contract for me once I provided them with the relevant information.
Adobe could look at making their offline help centre a little easier to find.

I reach out to adobe about wrongly charged membership for 2 years. When I check my account I cant find a membership at all.

Started with 30 now its even 60 a month! I have sent them an email and they didnt respond.
