This is horrible customer service. I have wasted a hour of time trying to get you to accept my issue. I am now really pissed.
No human work here
If you dig deep enough, you will find on the adobe web site, customer service with "contact us, real help with real people". That's not true.
It's a bot. They have been charging me twice for a year for my monthly subscription.
no help anywhere. My company is now scratching them off a short list for magneto enterprise platform we were considering, because their customer service is so pathetic.

they assured me it is legal and official.
Later the Photoshop licence told me that the product is not valid!
Please tell me if i got scammed or not.

I have had adobe for a while and haven't had the time to call. When I did call the support number, I was under the impression this problem would be solved.
But it wasn't. When i got my subscription I was under the impression that I would only be paying 20$ for a school promo and at the time I couldn't cancel it because paying 100+ is out of the question for a college student. Now ismgine my surprise and disgust to find out Adobe has been charging me 50+$ for something I didn't want nor sign up for in the first place- I signed ip for 20$, not 50. After the support number assured me I wouldn't need to be paying as much anymore, i found out they lied again.
I was told I wouldn't have to pay it anymore and then I see the charge to my account.
It's ridiculous to lie to people about what they're paying for, and how it'll be fixed when it's not. Adobe is a stealing, cheat that has no business advertising to college students.

I want the Adobe Acrobat Reader subscription canceled today, July 29, 2024, so I will not be charged. I do not wish to continue my services with Adobe. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

No need for a resolve.
They sent me an email detailing the conditions:
-Type of subscription: annual, paid monthly
-When to pay
-Cancellation terms.
There was no fine print; everything was in a readable, normal font size.
When I cancelled, I received another email with a cancellation confirmation. There were no problems with that.
I know that some users, when cancelling via customer service, get offered free extensions of three months for not cancelling. If you accept that, you accepted an extension instead of a cancellation.
You need to know what to do.
The only real drawback is that you can't cancel at the end of your subscription. You need to put a reminder for your end of subscription in your calendar.

- Professional products for professional use
- Quite expensive for consumers just doing that as a hobby

Adobe Pro has denied me access to my account, citing failed payment, yet they have been successfully billing two different credit cards $28.85 for seven months. Six Adobe reps discontinued chats and phone calls, and every Adobe email has been rejected, leaving their fraudulent practices unchecked. Unless I provide another credit card, I cannot access my account or saved Adobe PDFs.

The system has too many repeated glitches, and although I have an account, it still asks me to start a free trial.

To get my refund is a problem and I am disappointed that such a big company is being dishonest. Please be honest and refund my deduction . My service was cancelled and you are still taking out tje payments.
Very bad service support. It says must call within published business hours which are 7/24.
Cannot get through to cancel trial to adobe. Even though I downloaded the latest version from YOUR site.
The Canadian government rollable form would not download and said I required the current software version, which I thought I had. A waste of my time and I never got the form.

I had various accounts that I'd forgotten about that amounted to a lot of charges over time.
I was honestly surprised and delighted when the woman I spoke to at Adobe spent a lot of time looking up accounts I mentioned to her both in the UK and the USA. By the end of the lengthy phone call she succeeded in canceling all of those accounts, and not only did that but agreed to reimburse me totally for all of the payments since those accounts started.
I'm definitely forgetful and get easily confused due to my health condition but in the end it was my fault. She did it all anyway and all charges are in the process of being returned to my bank.
Needless to say- I cried!

Adobe is not what it used to be. They've started adding more and more features to make up for the absurd amount of money they charge.
It's completely uncalled for, and the money they charge isn't even worth what we get.
I signed up for a FREE week subscription, so I could make a logo, and turns out I couldn't access my creative cloud after all. So I immediately cancelled. Due to so many fraudulent practices out there these days, I took a screenshot for insurance. Turns out, after the week was up, my card was attempted to be charged for $97.19.
And they still show my account as due.
Adobe has fallen off, in a big way.
No customer service to help, too much on their menu, charging way too much and unauthorized charges. If there was something less than 1 star, I'd give it.

Four or five days ago I purchase a trial membership dont recall the name or the reason why but I was trying to send some posters with US mail. I need adobe reader six download it went ahead and join me and try to cancel for three days now. No just suitable port.
