Still no contact. Google checked out this issue and has determined that the problem lies with the App itself not Google

Guess what? I woke up one morning and checked my PDF forms that may have come in overnight. Mixed in with my legitimate PDF files was a PDF *** photo!...

Refund

8-9-21 I tried to purchase your Adobe app. I was turned down because my iPad browser is out of date. You nevertheless still charged me $16.07 and have continued to charge me 9-7-21 $16.07 and 10-7-21 another $16.07. I do not have the app and would appreciate a refund got the amount you have charged. That would be $48.21. Thank you, Sharon Warren

Customer Service is horrible

Called to cancel monthly subscription automated attendant said would send text with link to cancel. Never got the text with link to cancel so another attempt to call Billing dept will be made!

Cancellation Fee

Dear Officer, I would like to cancel my subscription of my adobe plan without cancellation fee. I subscribed to use the free trial but inadvertently clicked something and noticed how another item was added to my bank payments. When I tried to cancel it, it showed that I had to pay the cancellation fee 50% of the annual plan which was I did not mean to subscribe. Thank you for your support.

Your employee hung up on me i middle of phone conversation

The subscription said that it would charge me 29.99 on the 11th of October but instead it charged me 52.00. The email said that it will 52 but not the website the adobe site needs to be more updated and the agents need to be more professional

User's recommendation: Have a painkiller with you when your about to deal with adobe employees because they will get on your last nerves.

Malware the company put on my PC.

Every so often an Adobe ad pops up on my screen blocking my righthand scroll arrow. I have no choice but to stop work and click it off. Then I have to try to remember where my thoughts were. Oh the ad just popped up....see print screen image below. Sorry, your software doesn't support windows files.

Complaint

Please remove your malware ad that keeps popping up on my screen while I am working. I had a similar experience with McAfee that I could not get rid of without returning my PC to its original configuration. That reset cost me my existing Adobe program and, as far as I can find out, now I have to rebuy Adobe if I need it. So far, I have been able to get my work done without it so I am not about to rebuy it. Thanks for your consideration.

Had trouble getting the trial download to work on a Saturday afternoon. A quick call on Monday morning dark and early had it up and running in a few minutes along with a quick how to do things session

I can't use my trial of Acrobat dc pro. There is just white screen layered over what seems to be the main screen
