Issue with folders on Adobe Stock not resolved after over 5 interactions over 3 months

Awful customer service that is totally incompetent. The issue with Adobe Stock folders has been going on and is not resolved and there is no apparent way to complain.D

Dishonesty ……..very horrible businesse

They have hidden billing. They told me I was paying for a monthly subscription turns out its a yearly subscription that I can not cancel. Very dishonourable of adobe.

I beg for mercy

hello! i signed up for a free trial subscription that lasted a week, and then i forgot to cancel the subscription and now im charged 123$. after the free subscription ended i never used it anyway. is there any chance i dont have to pay for it? im a student in school, i dont have the money to pay for it. thank you.

I cannot find where I edited my website when I log in to my Adobe account. I log in and it prompts me to creat a new website. I want to edit my websites that are already published. Please help asap!!

Continued charging of a subscription past 2 years not notification exchanged to continue

To whom it may concern Provide me with my signed contract, please. I am concerned that i have not signed up for more irrelevant withdrawals from my account. 2 years, Feb 2021 - **** would have been the limit i would sign up for and i doubt it was even 2 years as i tried to cancel this within the time frame in 2021. The charge to cancel this unused product is uncaring to say the least.

Unhappy

I have been using Adobe Photo Deluxe 4, for many years, since it cane out. Used it every day. My old computer died and had to replace it. Can't use my program anymore. I have seen so many complaints on-line that they can't use it now. It was so easy to use and did very thing I wanted. There is no program out there like it. Your new ones STINK. I have tried almost all of them. None are even close. Tried other brands and none are close. Why can't you make a new one JUST like it for Windows 10 and 11. We would so gladly buy it.
