Adobe in Denver, Colorado - Another rip-off

I bought and paid for Adobe Acrobat 7 several years ago. Today, I tried to use it and found that it was completely off my computer system. Gone! In checking on the Net, I see that Adobe has discontinued that version. When asked about it, they say it was because Apple updates are not compatible. Passing the buck again Adobe? They want you to subscribe to everything they have. That way they can continue getting money out of you. Something is wrong with that picture.

I never get a trial. I was billed several times without being told. I am currently paid for a month but am unable to use. This unacceptable to all the artists of the world. Speaking as a Graphic Designer (small town local business) I will be 40 years old this coming February meaning - THIS IS ALL I KNO IS ADOBE - because as a college grad in design that is what they teach us. I have officially have paid currently 6 weeks and still unable to connect. UNACCEPTABLE

Adobe in New York, New York - Miserable 2.5 hours and no resolution

All I am trying to do is install InDesign and no one, absolutely no one can help me get it installed. Everytime I enter my password to install it cancels it. You can't understand their reps and they keep passing you on or hanging on you. I cancelled the service and it will now take 5-7 days to get my refund. In a nutshell, they suck.
